new yoga/pilates studio co-founded my one of my all time fav silver springs teachers, emmie. they are still building out their larger space, but the studio is open air and tucked away with a mountain view. the whole experience feels pretty magical. if you find yourself in ojai and are craving a little movement that makes you feel good, abode is the place for you.
